We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program. How you opt in You opt in by ticking a separate consent box — never pre-ticked and never required — either on your intake form (the secure link we email or text you before your first visit) or on our online package purchase page. Each shows the same statement: "By checking this box, I consent to receive appointment texts from Beauty Within Med Spa — confirmations, reminders and links to my forms — at the mobile number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of being seen." We record the date and time you gave consent and which of the two forms you gave it on. Ticking the box on one of those forms is the only way to opt in — if you never tick it, we do not text you. The mobile number field is optional, and the form can be submitted without it. Message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP Message frequency varies with your appointments — typically a confirmation when you book, a reminder before each visit, and a link when a form is due.
